Returns and exchanges

What is the return period?

You can register your return within 14 days of receiving the item. You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Conditions for returns

To receive a full refund, the item must:

be unused;
be returned in its original packaging.

You may view and assess the product as you would in a physical shop. If the item has been used more than necessary for this assessment and has therefore lost value, we may charge you for this loss in value.
The costs of returning the item are at your own expense.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products made especially for you, such as customised clothes rails and drawers.

How does the return process work?

Report your return via the online return form (you will not receive a response to this). Continue to step 2.
Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging. Make sure to include the order number.

Packaging and shipping

The product must be returned securely and carefully packaged.
Damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient or incorrect packaging is your responsibility.
Always keep the track & trace proof of your return shipment so that you can track your parcel and prove that it has been sent. We cannot be held liable for lost return shipments.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days of receiving your return.
If you return the entire order and you paid shipping costs, you will also be refunded these costs. Return costs are not refunded.

Can I also exchange my item?

No, unfortunately exchanges are not possible. To receive the correct item, you can return the product (at your own expense) and place a new order with the correct item.
